PURPOSE:To retransmit the message by the retaking-out request from the subscriber terminal, by retaking out the message of the same contents and sotring it in the message queue each time the message is transmitted from the receiving message queue. CONSTITUTION:Subscriber terminal 5 transmits retaking-out request signal 8 to node processor 1 through subscriber's line. Node processor 1 searches retaking-out message queue 2B and retakes out the pertinent message and performs the transmission control. Node processor 1 transfers pertinent retaking-out message RM2 to the first position of receiving message queue 2A by retaking-out transfer control 9 to set this message as message SM1 to be directed to the subscriber and transmits this message to subscriber terminal 5 in preference to other messages directed to the subscriber and stores it in retaking-out message queue 2B again.
