CONSTITUTION:A protruded nose part 3c of a lead part 3b of an armature coil 3 is caulked by means of thermal caulking, etc. and is formed at the same sharp inclination angle as the inclination angle theta of the lead part 3b. In addition, the external peripheral surface of a commutator 15 is tapered with epoxy resin 10 deposited. In addition, a segment 16 of riserless tapered in a diffusing manner on the side of a core 2 is opened at almost the same inclination angle as the nose part 3c protruded on the lead part at the core side 2. At the same time, an opening part 16a in an axial direction where the coil nose part is pressure-introduced is formed, and a tapered resin annular body 17 enlarged into the core side 2 is thermally formed in the internal periphery of the segment 16.
