PURPOSE:To compensate the dispersion in absorbance by providing the light measuring part other than a reacting liquid light measuring part either at the front or rear of the positions to which the specimen is separately injected, and compensating the absorbance of the reacting liquid in said light measuring part. CONSTITUTION:The photoelectric signal from the reaction container light measuring part 7 is amplified by an amplifier 17, and supplied to and stored in a control means 20 wherein a computer is provided through a logarithmic converter 18 and an A-C converter 19. The photoelectric signal from the reaction liquid light measuring part 13 is supplied to the control amplifier 20 through a preamplifier 21, a logarithmic converter 22, and an A-D converter 23. Before the specimen is separately injected into reaction containers 4, the absorbance of individual reaction container 4 is measured beforehand in the reaction container light measuring part 7 other than the reacting liquid light measuring part 13. Therefore the dispersion in the absorbance in the reacting containers can be effectively compensated, and the highly accurate analysis can be performed. |
