PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of an elution testing by providing arithmetic devices for substracting a blank value from a measured value and dividing the result by a standard value to calculate the elution rate and a recorder and the like for recording it. CONSTITUTION:An elution test apparatus for measuring hourly changes in the elution rate of specific components containing tablets or the like comprising a sample dissolving vessel, a measuring cell, a spectrophotometer and the like is provided with a recorder 57, arithmetic devices, recorders 62 and 63 and the like. The absorption degree of a solution having components eluted thereinto from the tablets is measured with the spectrophotometer 51 at each specified time. A blank value stored in a recorder 57 is substracted from the measured value and the result is divided by a standard value stored in the recorder 57 to determine the elution rate. Then, the value thus obtained is printed with a printer and a graph is plotted with a recorder 62. |
