PURPOSE:To perform a stable switching operation of the switch and obtain an accurate digital signal output, by providing a holding circuit in the succeeding stage of the voltage comparator of the polygonal line type analogue.digital converter. CONSTITUTION:The analogue signal input to input terminal 1 is applied to analogue switch 2 not only directly but also through attenuator 3. The analogue signal is input to voltage comparator 4 also and is compared with the set level set preliminarily, and output signal fb is applied to holding circuit 7, and the first pulse of output signal fb is held for a fixed time by control signal fc. Output signal fd of holding circuit 7 is applied to analogue switch 2 and change-over switch 6 as the control signal; and if the analogue signal is a prescribed value or more, it is input to AD converter 5 through attenuator 3 and is converted to a digital signal and is switched up by one-bit components. |
