PURPOSE:To enable an electrical measurement without monitoring a meter, by a method wherein a measurement information is noticed in a sound by repeat according to a set time. CONSTITUTION:An electric amount, such as voltages, measured in a measuring circuit 31, is applied through an A/D transducer 32. Simultaneously, an output of a measurement range discrimination circuit 34 is applied, and a control circuit 33 stores said inputs temporarily. A ROM352 accesses said memory details as an address through a sound output control circuit 351 in a sound output unit 35, and measurements are noticed in a sound by means of a speaker 36 through a A/D transducer 353 and the like. When a busy signal e from the circuit 351, followed by completion of notification, is applied, a temporary storage details of the circuit 33 is read out after a time set by a time setter 14 has elapsed, and simultaneously, a start signal f is applied again to the circuit 351 to notice the measurements by means of sound in the manner described above. Like the above, measurement of an electricity amount is carried out by means of repeated sound notification corresponding to a set time and without monitoring meters, and thus, a rapid and reliable measurement can be performed. |
