PURPOSE:To obtain a stable optical scanner which performs optical scanning of high speeds and wide angles by mounting optical mirrors to the rotating shaft of a torsional vibrator which reciprocatively rotates and vibrates at high speeds and providing stationary optical mirrors which reflect the light incident to these more than twice. CONSTITUTION:If voltage is applied from terminal wires 11 to an electric torsional vibrator 2, the vibrator torsionally rotates and the rotary mirrors 4, 5 mounted to the rotating shaft 3 of the vibrator 2 rotate. The light entered from the outside through a mirror 7 is reflected by mirrors 4, 6, 5, 10, is thereby magnified of its scanning angles 4 times and emits by becoming a beam 12. Thereby, the optical scanning of high speeds and wide angles is accomplished. |
