The device (1) comprises: a support structure (2); fixing means, designed to attach the support structure (2) to a wall; and a harness (4) that is attached, on one end, to said structure (2) and, on the other, to the user, wherein the harness (4) comprises, at least, an elastic section (8) that provides the user with a certain freedom of movement beyond the maximum length of the harness (4). The harness (4) also incorporates anchoring means (5, 6) to be attached to the support structure (2) and to the user. The device (1) makes it possible for users to engage in running at home, without the need to purchase complex machines or devices. |
