The present invention relates to a fried pancake and a method for preparing the fried pancake which maintain a chewy taste of an original pancake, are capable of promptly supplying an unconventional pancake of which an outer layer portion has a crispy taste, and are capable of preserving a taste of the fried pancake for a long time. That is, a method for preparing a fried pancake according to the present invention comprises: a dough forming step of forming a dough which is used in a pancake; a step of forming a filling material which is inserted into the dough; a pancake forming step of pressing and heating the filling material-inserted dough on a heating plate which is oiled to cook the filling material-inserted dough; a pancake freezing step of cooling a pancake formed by passing through the pancake forming step to freeze the pancake; a step of dipping the outer layer of the frozen pancake in batter using a frying dough; and a frying step of frying the batter-dipped pancake in oil. |
