PURPOSE:To improve considerably crack resistance and fatigue resistance, by covering foldedly both ends of synthetic resin films as interlayer insulating material and main layer insulating material for a molded apparatus with fibrous material rich in resin impregnation. CONSTITUTION:Prior to the formation of interlayer insulating layer respectively for primary and secondary windings 4, 1 and a main insulating layer 3, both ends of synthetic resin films 2 are preliminerily covered foldably with fibrous material 6 rich in impregnation by molding resin 5. These films 2 covered with fibrous material 6 are to be used as the said interlayer and main insulating layers. With such an arrangement, the molded coil apparatus of high reliability can be obtained with improved crack resistance and fatigue resistance. |
