PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information useful for the management of a work on a tray.SOLUTION: A conveyance system for conveying a tray on which a plurality of work mounting parts to have a work mounted thereon are arranged in a matrix shape in a horizontal posture includes a conveyance part for conveying a tray, a transfer device for transferring the tray to the conveyance part, a photographing unit for reading a slender image from the tray transferred by the transfer device, an image generation unit for generating the whole image of the tray on the basis of a plurality of slender images read by the photographing unit, and an information generation unit for analyzing the whole image of the tray generated by the image generation unit. Tray information which can identify an individual tray is attached to the tray, and work information that can identify an individual work is attached to the work. The information generation unit generates state information showing the tray, works mounted on the tray and the position of the work on the basis of the tray information and the work information obtained from the whole image of the tray.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
