PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems and methodologies that facilitate management of automatic neighbor relation functions in wireless networks.SOLUTION: A system 200 includes components and/or devices that ascertain whether or not to add or remove a neighbor relation on the basis of information associated with an operations and management system. The operations and management system dispatches add reports or remove reports to a base station.
