PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing sleeve and a manufacturing method therefor capable of reducing the surface roughness of the inner peripheral surface of the fixing sleeve by spinning processing.SOLUTION: Rollers 4 and 4 are moved in the axial direction of a cup-like tubular body 2 to perform spinning processing, and simultaneously a crushing tool (spherical tool) 7 is pressed to the outer peripheral surface 22 of the cup-like tubular body 2 after the spinning processing to move the crushing tool 7 in the same moving direction as that of the rollers 4 and 4.
