Recycling ready mixed concrete remnants - in silo with spherical bottom and agitator

Vehicles which have been used for the transport of ready-mixed concrete have to be cleaned out daily. The dumping of the scrapings in special depositories causes a considerable expenditure. Their disposal can be saved by a simple recycling process, using a silo into which the concrete remnants are charged under water. The silo has a hemispherical bottom and an agitator of similar shape which is kept in constant motion so that no particles can stick to the bottom. This treatment washes all binder out of the concrete and saves the dumping costs.
