<p>The pump is located in a common housing with an electric drive motor and has individual pump elements (rollers) in grooves of a driven rotor disc, which engage on a roller track, located eccentrically to it. An intermediate plate (10) has a radial suction slot (17), which extends over a given circumferential area, and forms a passage. The slot permits radial inlet of the fuel to be delivered. Preferably the intermediate and base plate (7) are at a distance from the surrounding housing wall (2). They are held on a support plate (9), which seals the suction side (14) from the pressure side (15), and abuts a sealed housing shoulder.</p> |
