<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the Q of a coil and to reduce the parasitic vibrations by forming the coil by winding a conductor whose electric resistivity is at least 5X10<-8>OMEGA.cm cylindrically, and coupling both end surfaces of the coil with a coupling means. CONSTITUTION:The coil 1 is made of the conductive material whose electric resistance is at least 5X10<-8>OMEGA.cm such as iron and wound clockwise spirally from the part of an upper coupling member 5. Then the material is wound up to right before a lower member 5 and the conductor terminal part 7 is returned to the upper member 5 by running in the coil 1 while insulated from the coil 1 which is wound spirally. The number of turns is tens-hundreds of times and the winding diameter of the coil 1 is about 40mm. Further, the coil 1 is covered with a protection member 2 made of an insulating material such as plastic so as to maintain the shape and hold wear resistance and weatherability. This coil 1 is formed generally in a circle with an about 430mm diameter and the members 5 are provided to both ends so as to use the coil while the coil is wound around a leg of a steel tower, etc., for power transmission lines as an object of lighting current detection.</p> |
