PURPOSE:To obtain the magnetic head core without crack and dropout, by laminating the thin plate of nonmagnetic substance to the laminated magentic surface laminating magnetic substances, in shaping the laminated member into the shape of magnetic core. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic substance 1 which is fragile comparatively such as sendust alloy and amorphous alloy formed in thin plate, is laminated to the thickness corresponding to the track width, to form the laminated magnetic substance. Thin plates 2a', 2b' of nonmagnetic material, such as nickel, stainless steel, and copper are laminated and bonded to form the laminated magnetic substance constituent 3'. In shaping the laminated magnetic substance into the core shape, the thin plates 2a', 2b' of nonmagnetic substance avoids broken or cracked member 1. The magnetic head core shaped into the core shape is assembled with the core holder, contained and fixed in the shield case and the magnetic head is completed after polishment. |
