PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit or the like capable of sharply extending a life even when there is variation in characteristics of transistors configuring the electronic circuit.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit (11) includes: switched circuits (13a, 13b); and a switching circuit (12) for switching the switched circuits (13a, 13b) from a stop state to an operation state. The switched circuits (13a, 13b) include the switched circuit (13a) in the operation state and the switched circuit (13b) in the stop state from an initial period. There is variation in characteristics of transistors (T12A, etc.) configuring the switched circuits (13a, 13b) and the switching circuit (12) due to an electric stress applied to the transistors (T12A, etc.). The switching circuit (12) switches the switched circuit (13b) in the stop state from the initial period to the operation state by a transistor (T16) of the switching circuit (12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
