PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a second connection component to a first connection component to be guided to a connectable position by correcting inclination of a guidance posture of the second connection component.SOLUTION: A guide mechanism comprises: a guidance member 5 arranged before a connection start position of a first connection component 2 to connect the first connection component 2 and a second connection component 4; and a biasing member 6 arranged between the guidance member 5 and a first supporting member 1. The guidance member 5 includes: a rotation axis 5a; an inner guidance piece 5b that is held at an initial position where a rotation free end position projects toward the second connection component 4 beyond a restriction position to a connection direction of the second connection component 4, and rotates from the initial position to the restriction position in contact with the second connection component 4; and an outer guidance piece 5c that is held at an initial position where the rotation free end position is outwardly widened beyond the restriction position to an intersection direction that intersects the connection direction of the second connection component 4, and rotates from the initial position to the restriction position in conjunction with the inner guidance piece 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
