PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a car so as to be stopped at a floor which is desired by a user even if the user got on a unit different from an allocated unit.SOLUTION: This group management control device for controlling cars of a plurality of units acquires registration information in which destination floor information which identifies a destination floor of a user, and user identification information which identifies the users are associated with each other. The group management control device selects a unit which is suitable for the user, and allocates a hall call including the destination floor which is indicated by the registration information to the unit. Then, the group management control device acquires the user identification information of the user who got on the car, and unit information which indicates the unit of the car. Furthermore, the group management control device determines whether or not the unit which is selected on the basis of the acquired registration information coincides with a unit indicated by the unit information which is acquired together with the user identification information having the same value as that of the user identification information which is included in the registration information, and adds the hall call under a prescribed condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
