PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of achieving a power module having a small self-inductance of inner wiring.SOLUTION: A first power supply terminal P has: an inner wiring connection part 31A; a rising part 31B coupled to the inner wiring connection part 31A; an inclined part 31C coupled to the rising part 31B; and an external wiring connection part 31D coupled to the inclined part 31C. A second power supply terminal N has: an inner wiring connection part 32A; a rising part 32B coupled to the inner wiring connection part 32A; an inclined part 32C coupled to the rising part 32B; and an external wiring connection part 32D coupled to the inclined part 32C.
