PURPOSE:To generate a saw-tooth wave signal which synchronizes with a vertical synchronizing signal completely, by synchronizing the vertical synchronizing signal with a sweep signal by composing a circuit essentially of a digital circuit. CONSTITUTION:Composite synchronizing signal (a) from input terminal 1 is applied to integrating circuit 13 composed of resistor 11 and capacitor 12 and integrating circuit 13 extracts vertical synchronizing signal (b). This signal (b) is applied to data terminal D of biastable circuit 14 and signal (a) is inputted to clock terminal CK of circuit 14. As the leading edge of the vertical synchronizing pulse in signal (a) agrees with signal (b), output terminal Q of circuit 14 is held at H to generate output (c), and as the leading edge of the equalized pulse in signal (a) disagrees with signal (b), output terminal Q is held L to cease signal (c). This signal (c) is applied to AND gate 16 of extracting circuit 17 and ANDed with inhibition signal (d) from pulse generator 15 supplied with Q' from circuit 14 to control saw-tooth wave generating circuit 4, so that stable saw-tooth wave signal (f) which synchronizes with the vertical synchronizing signal completely will be outputted from output terminal 5. |
