The natural wool having a natural crimp of a good noblity and warmth is treated with liquid ammonia to increase the natural crimp effect and with setting or crosslinking agent to stabilize the crimp against relaxation upon wetting with water and then the wetted yarn is passed into a tube formed with a polyurethane having the arbitrarily crimping. Vibrative property by a supporting device can move in a rotational motion from the inner of the tube.
