PURPOSE:To obtain the magnetic disc without generation in scratch, by making the grinding of magnetic disc by wrapping tape under the presence of lubricant. CONSTITUTION:Grinding is made after coating lubricant on the surface of wrapping tape and/or magnetic substance film, while continuously coating the lubricant during the revolution of the wrapping tape or magnetic disc, or after coating the lubricant on wrapping tape surface in advance and drying it at about 30-50 deg.C. For example, the lubricant vessel 9 is provided between the wrapping tape 2 and the pushing roller 4 which is wound on the winding reel 6 in a given speed with the pushing roller 4 from the spool 1 with the tape feeding rollers 5, 5', and the surface of the magnetic disc 3 is ground by providing the lubricant continuously on the wrapping tape 2 by the brush 10. |
