PURPOSE:To enable continuous treatments conforming to processes of casting by automatically repeating operations of extracting a case body on every casting process of a die-casting machine, of cutting it into a cast product and runner, and of casting the runner into a blast furnace again while leaving the product. CONSTITUTION:Press 23 of press machine 21 is a horizontal extrusion press and when a cast body is carried to the position of runner punch die 22 by a slider, a press piston projects to the side of runner punch die 22 and runner extrusion rod 24 presses the runner to cut the runner from the product, thereby extruding only the runner from a runner discharge groove provided to runner punch die 22 to the front face of the runner punch die. Therefore, the product separated from the runner falls on the lower part of the slider. The runner is received by runner receptacle 32 of runner return device 31 and falls on fin conveyor 33 to be carried with fins 34, and it is elevated and then falls on runner guide 35 to return to blast furnace 4 by sliding on its vebel. |
