PURPOSE:To remarkably increase the orientation, electromagnetic property and bonding force, by coating the magnetic paint mixing the phosphate consisting of alcohol, magnetic powder and curing component with a specific ratio, on the base. CONSTITUTION:The phosphate consisting of alcohol and alkyl radical are mixed. Further, the containing ratio of each phosphate to the sum of the both phosphates is taken as 25-75%, and the addition of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide is taken as <=5mol. Further, for example, after preparing the magnetic material with the composition shown in the example of execution, this magnetic paint is coated on the base and the magnetic recording medium is obtained according to conventional means. Thus, even if coating is made after leaving the magnetic substance for a long time, there is no difference of orientation and surface properties and others in comparison with quick coating, allowing to increase the orientation, electromagnetic property and bonding force remarkably. |
