FIELD: personal use and household items.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two sticks for meals, containing: top stick for meals and bottom stick for food with first projection and second projection. Both projections extend from rear surface of lower stick for meals. For connection of first projection and second projection provision is made for connecting element. At upper part of first projection, second projection and connector extended part passes, which is during holding sticks for meal blocks excessive approach of middle finger second phalanx with lower stick for meals.
