PURPOSE:To offset the deviation of the thickness of each punched core and obtain the cores of high accuracy by turning a blanking die holding core pieces every time the fixed number of cores are punched at 180 deg. in a station which punches the cores while caulking and fixing them. CONSTITUTION:A blanking die 1 holding laminated core pieces 30 is supported in a rotatable shape by means of bearings 2, 3, in a station which punches a strip 23 successively sent by means of a punch 31 while caulking and fixing core pieces on the laminated core pieces 30 previously punched. Sprockets 4 are beforehand mounted to the blanking die 1, and connected to a press crankshaft of the punch 31 through a link chain 5. The blanking die is turned every 180 deg. every time one or fixed number of cores are punched, and the core pieces 30 are received successively. |
