PURPOSE:To obtain the simple circuit with which a high speed switching can be performed on an alternately operating transistor by a method wherein the base forward current delay circuit, consisting of an RC integration circuit and a transistor switch, is provided on each output side of a pulse transformer. CONSTITUTION:On each output side of the two secondary windings of the pulse transformer 13 on the TR base driving circuit, whereon the two transistors (TR) 11 and 12 are connected in series to a power source, are operated with alternations of ON and OFF, the base forward current delay circuit consisting of the RC integration circuit and the TR switch which performs switching in response to the capacitor voltage of the RC integration circuit are provided. For example, in the circuit as shown in the diagram, the capacitor 16 on the integration circuit is charged through a resistor 15 and when its voltage reaches to the base emitter saturation voltage of a TR switch 17, an ON position is given to the TR switch instantly, the base forward current of the TR11 which is restricted by the resistor 18 begins to flow with a steep rise and the TR11 is turned on quickly. |
