PURPOSE:To uniformalize the contact of an inward inclination surface of a V-shaped projection of a clamp ring holding a shrink ring of a commutator and an outward inclination surface of the shrink ring under an operation condition and hold the commutator positively by making an inward inclination angle of the V-shaped projection slightly smaller than an angle of inclination of the outward inclination surface of the shrink ring of the commutator opposing to the inward inclination surface. CONSTITUTION:V-shaped grooves 4, 5 are formed at both sides in the axial direction of a shrink ring of a commutator 1, and the V-shaped groove 4 at the riser section 19 side is connected to a V-shaped projection 8 made up to a spider 6. A clamp ring 10 with a V-shaped projection 11 is fitted to the V-shaped groove 4 at the anti-riser section side to clamp and hold the shrink ring of the commutator 1. In this case, an inward inclination angle beta2 of the V-shaped projection 11 of the clamp ring 10 is made smaller than an outward inclination angle alpha2 of the V-shaped groove 5 only by the difference DELTAtheta of the displacement of the V-shaped projections 11, 8 in case of operation. Thus, since the V-shaped groove 5 and the V-shaped projection 11 contact uniformly when operation, the shrink ring of the communtator 1 can be held positively even in case of high-speed operation, and the deformation of the shrink ring of the commutator 1 and the generation of accidents can be prevented. |
