PURPOSE:To manufacture the shrinkable tube with the zenith in accordance with the configuration of an article to be covered by a method wherein the tube having a bottom at one end thereof, which is obtained by cutting the tube after the tube is blow-formed, is formed by pressing with a pair of dies having predetermined configurations. CONSTITUTION:The tube 1 is blow-formed in a forming die 2 to form it into a tubular formed body 10' having the bottom to be the zenith at the one end thereof at least. A cuplike tube 10'', obtained from this formed body 10' and having the zenith, is formed by pressing with a pair of the dies 11, 12 having the predetermined configurations. According to this method, the shrinkable tube with the zenith, configured in accordance with the configuration of the article to be covered, may be manufactured. |
