<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the separation of an expanded protruding part utilizing a fall-off preventing protuberance as an anchor by a method wherein the fall-off preventing protuberance is provided at a recessed part provided on the surface of a base and expanding agent expandable by heating is filled into this recessed part. CONSTITUTION:The recessed part 2 is provided on the surface of the base 1 and the fall-off preventing protuberance 7 is provided at this recessed part 2 while the expanding agent 3 expandable by heating is filled into the recessed part 2 having the fall-off preventing protuberance 7 to form the pattern panel 4. Said fall-off preventing protuberance 7 may either be consisted of a different material from the base 1 and attached thereto or may be formed integrally with the base 1. If the configuration of the fall-off preventing protuberance 7 is shaped so as to show T-shape or the shape having wider width at the upper part and a narrower width at the lower part in the section thereof, the anchor effect thereof becomes more excellent. The pattern panel 4 is blown by hot air upon or after working to expand the expanding agent 3, thereby forming the expanded protruding part 6.</p> |
