PURPOSE:To increase the bonding strength and to speed up the bonding work, by coating the adhesives on the surface of core member by using rollers, in bonding the surface member on the core member of speaker diaphragm plate. CONSTITUTION:The core member 6 in honey-comb shape passes between rollers 8, 8' on which adhesives are coated. Further, it is moved by being clipped between the belts 9, 9' and the solvent is evaporated by blowing hot air during the movement. On the other hand, surfaces 11, 11' one side of which has adhesives in advance are prepared, and they are located on both the sides of the core member 6 coated with the adhesives and they are bonded by being depressed with the heated tool. |
