The pulveriser has an open topped body, closed at the base by a V grille of parallel bars. At the bottom of the V is a rotating shaft (12) with radial arms passing between adjacent bars. The body (10) and the driving motor (11) are fixed firmly on cross pieces (13) supporting longitudinals (14,15). The longitudinals are polygonal tubes, in each of which slides the cross bar (16) of a vertical post (17) having a steerable base wheel (18). The body of the pulveriser is mounted on a hopper (19) of low height and shaped to fit a pyramid shaped frame (20).
