Protective glove for use with cutting tools - has fabric base covered by fine hard knitted metal wires

The protective glove for use with cutting tools has a fabric base covered by an external reinforcing. This is knitted from metal threads which are fine (eg. 0.8mm. diameter) and hard (eg. Brinnel hardness of 144kg) and textile fibres, preferably linen. Both faces of the reinforcing are covered with a layer of a resin to prevent slipping. Its periphery, on both faces, is covered by a narrow band of fabric to prevent any accidental contact with the ends of the wires and to fix it to the fabric base.
