PURPOSE:To carry out the exchange of the electrode automatically by constituting the dust collecting mechanism from the dust collecting electrode comprising a long sheet member, a reference electrode and a guide member for guiding said dust collecting electrode in a freely movable manner so as to be opposed to said reference electrode parallelly. CONSTITUTION:When a preliminarily set time is elapped, a timer is operated and a motor 24 is rotated for a predetermined time to sent an electrode sheet to a direction shown by an arrow in a predetermined amount and, thereby, the exchange of an electrode part 18b is carried out automatically. The control of the motor 24 may be carried out as the low speed continuous rotation control and an intermittent control system leaving an internal may be employed. A stain of a reference electrode plate 26 is 1/5-1/10 against the dust collecting electrode part 18b and, when said electrode 26 is stained, said electrode is sufficinetly washed by detaching from an apparatus main body. When the remainder of the electrode sheet 18 to be supplied is reduced, the sending of the sheet 18 is stopped and a lamp is lighted to inform an exchange time of said sheet 18. |
