In the wall of a portable insulated container (1), for example a cooling bag or cooling box, is provided an insulated window (6, 9) on the inside of which liquid crystals are disposed in the form of symbols (7), stripes or areas (10) which indicate a variation in temperature in the interior of this insulated container by means of a corresponding colour change. The insulated window prevents the formation of a cold bridge through the wall of the insulated container. Instead of liquid crystals it is also possible for other temperature indicator devices to be disposed on the inside of the insulated window. <IMAGE> |
