<p>Two legs, interconnected by a variable-length holder, are mounted so as to swivel lengthways into a transport position along the superstructure, and have a base plate each and a mounting made up from two hinged carriers to provide support for a laid bridge. The two carriers (3,4) are interconnected by a splaying unit (8), attached to them. This acts in conjunction with the holder (9) which connects the legs (5,6). The holder is designed for force transfer, and holds the legs in an operative position. The splaying unit can be a hydraulic spring, activated by pressure so that it tends to turn the carriers into an extended setting, with flat surface. This is simple, with no need for regulated cylinders.</p> |
