Rescue raft with stabilising hull - has circular wall under water and air vent valves

The rescue raft has a circular rigid shape with cylindrical walls extending from below the water to above it. The underwater sections are vented to fill with water and act as a stabilising ballast while the upper sections provide carrying capacity and fittings to erect a shelter tent. Provisions are provided in watertight lockers. The craft has the shape of two back to backer circular containers, with one container upside down and filled with water ballast. The walls can be rigid or can be inflated reeds. A collapsible mast on each side of the craft acts as a mast on the upper side and a keel on the underside so that the craft can be floated either way up.
