摘要 <p>The core consists of a stack of sheets made of a soft magnetic metal. In the stack, the sheets are sepd. from each other by gaps of max. 2 microns obtd. by spacers; and the gaps are filled with a hardenable adhesive bonding the sheets together. The spacers pref. consist of grains of a metal oxide powder, esp. silica; and these grains are sintered one side of each sheet. The adhesive is pref. a casting resin; and the core is pref. made using a mould into which the resin is poured. The mould is pref. made of an elastomer which does not bond to the casting resin. Used esp. in measuring and control appts. The magnetic properties of the sheets are not impaired in mfg. the cores, which have high mechanical and dynamic strength.</p>
