发明名称 PRODUCTION OF HEAT-RESISTANT PRINTED SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize a sublimative dyestuff splendidly in the fine cavities of an active film layer, by adhering an ink containing the sublimative dyestuff onto the active film layer surface by a spraying or dipping method, forming a resin layer on the surface, and then heating the surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a refractory substrate such as glass, ceramics or metal is coated with at least one of a colloidal silica or colloidal alumina, and then baked to generate an active film layer. The active film layer contains numerous fine holes. An ink containing a sublimative dyestuff is applied onto the treated surface by a spraying or dipping method. The layer of a resin such as a phenol resin, urea resin, melamine resin or thermoplastic resin is formed on the ink layer, to prevent the sublimative dyestuff from sublimating and dispersing outward. Thereafter, these layers are heated to stabilize the sublimative dyestuff in the fine cavities of the active film layer.
