PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration of S/N by means of a simple constitution, by detecting the deteriorated state of two antenna elements having a prescribed space, controlling the phase difference and amplitude difference between the respective receiving outputs of said elements, and leading them out to the receiving output synthesizing means. CONSTITUTION:The receiving outputs of plural, for instance, two antenna elements 1, 2 placed at a prescribed interval are led into the phase difference (and/or amplitude difference) switching controller 3, respectively, and they are switch-controlled so that at least one of the phase difference and the amplitude difference between both the outputs becomes the second value from the first value. Both the signals whose phase difference or amplitude difference has been controlled are added and synthesized by the synthesizer 4, and become an RF receiving input of the tuner. The tuner is provided with a noise detector 6 in order to detect from its signal line a noise caused by a receiving fault such as multi-path disturbance, etc., and the phase difference (amplitude difference) is switched and controlled by this detection output. |
