PURPOSE:To enable to detect the temperature conditions from the inner surface to the deep part of coelom of living body, by providing a part constituting the tip end of the inserting part of an endscope with an antenna being capable of expanding and shrinking by the operation from outside. CONSTITUTION:Air in the hollow rubber ring 16 is exhausted and the inserting part 3 of the endoscope 1 is inserted in the coelom of living body (a) in the state of shrinking the antenna 15. Next, the antenna 15 is slowly transformed toward outside by sending the air in the ring 16 by operating the air blast pump and its opening part is expanded. Then, the microwave received which has been generating in the body (a) is introduced into the electric conversion apparatus 21 through the waveguide tube 19 and is converted into the electric signal. Said signal is inputted to the display apparatus 24 through the amplifier 22 and signal processing apparatus 23, and the temperature is displayed. Hereby, the lower part of mucous membrane i. e. the part changed to a morbid state not appearable on the surface, can be discovered. |
