PURPOSE:To manufacture a molding of the subject of good material and mass feeling by sewing threads on thread groove formed when forming a skin and then pouring in a synthetic resin material for a core to the back side of the skin to form them into one body. CONSTITUTION:By mounting and forming a flexible synthetic resin sheet 11' on a vacuum die 20 provided with thread groove dies 21 and a folding groove die 22 at required positions, a skin 11 with thread grooves 13 and a floding groove 14 is formed. Next, by sewing a thread 15 on the thread grooves 13 of the skin 11 with an industrial sewing machine 25, the loading the skin on die 30, applying a calking agent (for example, urethane sealer) to the back surface of the skin 11 at the thread line part preferably with a spray 35, then pouring in a synthetic resin material (for example, semi hard polyurethane foam) from a mixing head 31 to the back side of the skin 11 to from a core body 19, a synthetic resin molding with a fine line pattern (for example, a passenger car crush pad 10) is obtained. |
