PURPOSE:To decrease heat loss due to heat radiation from a sealed tube and to improve heat efficiency of a device, by making a material high in its optical reflection factor used as heat radiation shield materials located inside a vacuum part. CONSTITUTION:An inner tube 5, in which metal particles 10 for generating metallic vapor are held, is surrounded with a sealed tube 7 in which a discharging gas is sealed. A material high in its optical reflection factor is used as one or more sheets of metallic plates 12a out of heat radiation shield materials 12 located inside a vacuum part 11 which is formed of the sealed tube 7 and an outer tube 9 surrounding the seal tube 7. Heat loss flowing diametrically from the sealed tube 7, due to heat radiation, is hence reduced, and further this device can be operated by applying small power. |
