摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure a loading of a tape into the prescribed tape path with a high accuracy, by hooking the tape lead-out member that moves corresponding to the travelling of a belt-shaped object in a state under which the tape lead-out member is pressed by a hooking member at the tape loading end position. CONSTITUTION:Both the guide pole mechanisms 4 and 5 have the same structure. At the tape loading end position, the shift of the mechanism 4 toward the arrow D and along the guide groove 7 is limited by the fact that the upper and lower parts of the vertical pole 72 touch the upper and lower V-shaped grooves 111 and 112 of the stopper 110 fixed to the subchassis 6. Thus the position and the vertical degree of the vertical guide roller 13 in the XY direction plus the tilting direction of the oblique guide pole 14 are decided respectively to receive a constant position regulation. Then the pressure lever 113 presses the mechanism 4 to the subchassis 6 by the elastic force of the plate spring 117. Thus the mechanism 4 is clamped between the lever 13 and the chassis 6 to regulate the position in the direction of the arrow Z.
