PURPOSE:To make it needless to see the display and simplify the measurement in many positions, by converting the analogue quantity obtained by the measuring part to a digital quantity and by outputting a voice corresponding to this converted digital quantity. CONSTITUTION:The analogue measured value obtained by measuring part 2 is converted to digital value by A/D converter 4 and is sent to control circuit 5 and is stored in register 6. Unit data of changeover switch 3 is stored in register 7 in control circuit 5 also. Voice control circuit 10 reads voice words from foice ROM 9 on a basis of this stored measured data and converts them to an analogue quantity by A/D converter 11 and outputs the measured value with voice from speaker 14 through low-pass filter 12 and amplifier 13.
