<p>PURPOSE:To form a composite resin molding having excellent adhesion between both resin layers by a method in which an adhesive is coated on the surface of a polyolefin resin layer whose surface is provided with countless fine uneveness and then expandable urethane resin is injected onto the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:An olefin resin is molded by using a mold with fine uneveness and a core material 2 with fine unevenness 3 on the surface to be bonded is formed. Then, an adhesive 4 is coated on its surface to be bonded, a core material 2 is attached to the movable half 6 of molds 5 for expansion molding, the movable half 6 and a stationary mold 7 are clamped to form a cavity, an expandable urethane resin is injected into the cavity and expanded. Thus, a resin molding in which the core material 2 and the expanded resin layer 8 (with skin layer 9) are integrally bonded with the interposition of the adhesive 4 can be obtained.</p> |
