<p>The device is for fixing and adjusting the tension of strings of musical instruments and consists of a pin (1) which can have its resistance to turning varied. This variation is done by a coned part (4) of the pin which has a milled part (11) fitting a support (10). The support has another coned opening (7) at the bottom in which fits a nut (6), screwing on the end (5) of the pin. The top of the second cone also has milling on it (12). The centre pin section is cylindrical, the top has a flat (2) and string hole (3).</p> |
