PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of the alarm of an analog watch by comparing the contents of a counting means which makes electrical counting by detecting the positions of the hands, and the alarm time having been held by an external operating means and emitting an alarm. CONSTITUTION:As the winding stem provided to an external operating means 4 is rotated, an alarm display means 9 makes addition displaying or subtraction displaying of an alarm time. At the same time, the means 4 acts upon a signal making means 5 as well, so as to allow the count contents of the up-down counter 64 of a data holding means 6 and the display contents of the alarm display means 9 to coincide. A control means 22 is provided with a switch 221 attached to an hour hand shaft, a switch 222 attached to a minute hand shaft, and a switch 223 attached to the second hand shaft and synchronizes the contents of a time counting means 3 and the display of the hands. When the contents of the counting means 3 and the data holding means 6 coincide 7, a sounding means 8 operates. |
